Ok I fail at search function, so I apologize if this has been covered before.

Is there any difference between main hand or off hand as far as anyone knows? I was always under the impression it didn't matter, until an HK friend of mine mentioned it to me.

Always offhand a weaker weapon.
TH knife gives its bonus just for equipping.
As long as you are entered into the hate list your TH will work.
