FPS PRoblem

I've been having this problem since the version update where my FPS has dropped like a girls dress on prom night. Its most noticeable when Im in a party where my FPS goes as low as 3-5 FPS. Just a week ago before update I didnt have this problem ; ; anyone have an idea?

Under what conditions does the problem occur? I know I still have the occasional massive slowdown when ever a fire IV animation goes off on my screen.

mostly when I'm in an area with a lot of mobs ( Thickets and Mire) or NPCs/Players like Whitegate/Jeuno and when I say a lot, I mean like 6+ things around me. I had no problems whatsoever before, so I doubt its a video card problem.... maybe it will go away after a while ; ;

Also, I have no other programs running, and minimum processes.
