It's missing a toe, on it's right foot!! HOSHI- that's BG worthy right there...
Can we somehow blame Taj for this?

Its a model issue, the toe is there but it actually goes inside its foot so it appears as missing. Same with all Cockatrice and the Ziz recolors.

Same thing with Beetles and thier right front foot thats backwards.

No, when they use tp moves one of the bumps goes away.

Yeah, they literally throw their mushrooms at you. Although, even after they've depleted all 3, they can still use mushroom special attacks.
