Regarding septimus's front page post

Septimus inked a deal with Sony to develop a new MMORPG, RMTquest. RMTquest is a game where your money develops your character. Want new armor? RMT it. Want to level up? You don't have fight monsters; you can pay for your XP. Want to cast a high level spell? It's only $10.95 per cast of Thunder 6. We scrapped the idea in fear of riots in the UAE when they found out it was fake.

I think before I start talking, you would understand where this is going. and i know where this subject would go...fighting over the accounts that were sold from bg to sfls members.

We all know how popular bg forums are and at the same time we have the -uneducated- readers that as well follow blindly what anyone would say.

I'm not expressing anger, but rather this comment that was made about UAE players should be removed for many reasons...quote me on this or dont... yes there's a percentage of UAE players that do RMT, buy characters or whatever...but that is not everyone.
and by you're post on you're front page, that shows the amount of prejudice that you have against UAE players. Not only you show you're self as a prejudice person, but rather you'd drive people away from joining you're LS in case someone would in the future.

there is many RMT's in almost every LS, wither you bought gil or sold gil, you are automatically labeled RMT.. and when I analyze this, I would say the RMT dont only exist in UAE-run LS, but they exist and have existed in BG for a long time. my support for that argument is clearly seen as members from BG sold their gil and their characters to other people.

Im not trying to be childlish and play a blame game on bg but that is a mere support for my argument.

All of you have played long enough to realize that every MMORPG has RMT and its something inevitable, so drop the subject or at least dont include the ethnicity of the people that do RMT.

The context of said prejudice was clear that it was a joke. Jokes are made about all races, countries, groups, etc, including caucasians (believe it or not).

I see no reason for the need to remove the joke from the front page. It's not going to lower the reputation of BG, and it's not going to prevent people from joining the LS in the future.

Laughter is the best medicine. Just make sure you read it as a joke or yes, you might get offended.

Any linkshell has the full freedom to write whatever they want on their website.. and the front page of your website reflects you're image to the public.

what i forgot to mention, that people from the UAE or an arabic country might have a second thought of joining bg..

i fail to absorb humor of such sense or whatever, but please try to read between the lines to understand what im saying.

this is just a request to septimus, i dont want to waste my time replaying to those who are trying to be "cool internet boys"..

Their Aegis PLD can't tank Nidhogg without dying.
Their other relic is an Apocalypse.
They kited Cerberus with FFXIapp and still wiped.
One of their members has a Sonic belt +1.
They paid $1000 for an account to keep a W.Body in the shell.
I think they've paid upwards of $3000 for an account?

There are UAE LS like this on most other servers.
