    I agree with the op: I just want the Underground Lair. The escape rock is a nice touch too.

    Get rid of all those MH lamps and you'd live year round in a nice climate controlled environment for vert little cost. You're also free to secretly fight crime and are safe from Zombie and nuclear attacks. Win win!

    Escape hatch would be nice too if the wife ever finds the ah "crime fighting" stuff I can be like, "KAPOWZOO" and throw a smoke bomb, stay there, have an awkward moment, and run off.
