    Rampart/Stoneskin, which checks first?

    When damage is taken, since they made them two separate things (Rampart used to overwrite Stoneskin) and now they don't, but I haven't really checked..which checks first? Stoneskin or Rampart? If noone knows I'll check in a bit.
