Since the canes pulled the normal routine (kick ass one year, suck ass the next), I guess I'll pull for the sabres just to see if winning will stop them from whinning for an entire year.

What, why not? Just because they started some fights last year in Raleigh that the hockey rednecks quickly finished, and that they whine more than Mark Cuban when he's talking about NBA refs doesn't mean I can't root for them. It's a sympathy support, I mean, they live in freaking upstate NY. I really don't like suicide, and hockey is the only thing that keeps half of their fans alive. The jump rate went up 100% after last years failure, so I'd like to not see that happen again.
