300+ Enhancing and Phalanx II

I've never seen anyone confirm any of our assumptions about the effects of 300+ Enhancing Magic, so I took the initiative.

I also confirmed 20/hit Enspell, and 28 point Phalanx I, though I didn't bother with SS.

What level Phalanx 2?

-22 would be level 3 phalanx with 300+ skill

sorry if there was confusion: I'm the one who made and posted the formula on the wiki. I confirmed the under 250 skill effect (with a friend's help) and I found the ~275 raise in effect (when I tested 274 and 277 skill), later on I even had to put merits into enhancing magic and I did test 300skill.

Wrote up the formula that fit all these values and posted it on the wiki, called it a day on my end (I did this all on PS2 so doing screenshots wasn't really something worth doing)
