Alright, well I was looking at resistance gear for fire set and I saw these http://ffxi.somepage.com/itemdb/4393 anyone know which NM drops them/quest/synth. I checked several sources (ffxicyclopedia, somepage, lolalla etc.) and none of them have any information on this.

You have to carby pull the Falcon 7 with the mace and machine gun first, he's the leader. Once he dies the others depop. The RNG types have shitty accuracy(due to no depth perception?) you can kite them with a few NINs, as they're immune to sleep.
