The numbers are kinda misleading, I'm sure someone who knows more about this will correct me, but it's like "he touched me here and then he did so and so" every time he stopped and did something different, it's a different count. In another case about this guy raping unconscious women, on the video if he entered her, took it out, then re entered here it was a separate count.
