Alright, I concede to your point that spam people aren't necessarily bad; I'm mostly jaded because of my numerous run-ins with people who frequent spam who spill over their trolling such as Sera. It's fine to troll or do whatever in the appropriate places, but I don't see why people should be expected to put up with it in other sections, and spam has a notorious reputation for trolls.

Now that ho check is a great example of a stupid meme with limited humor that was overused... then left alone for a while, and can now be brought up at random to great effect.

In a few months, a nod and a wink tossed in with a "Darwinism" in the right context will be funny, particularly if Miz gets banned for something stupid and that is a response to it.

1. it was about people dying. sort of expected; contextually appropriate

2. the thread's entire premise was a not-that-funny reference

3. it was one post. hardly an unreadable thread because of it. and then again, not like there was much to read because...

4. the topic turned into line-by-line posts of Alanis Morissette. side-note: should we ban the word "ironic" too?

5. there were at least two posts complaining about the one Darwinism post. from real champ posters like Meteora and Eanae, no less.
