This guy posted a application for our LS called Finale (EU endgame LS on Phoenix)
Application didnt look bad, he says that he's been in a Japanese EndgameLS on cerberus called RTU.
Would like to post a BC here to hear some responses that could help us to judge about his application.

As for Nihi being in it or a good player? I don't know.
