Hydrowizard was never in tactics. He's played with SecretPolice a few times at fafnir camps, usually showed up as a melee-geared COR/NIN with a martial anelace..

His THF looked decent at least.

i dont hate him but mostly a bad experience with him the only party i was with him, but seems he can follow orders.

I dont know him personally, but he always had horrible corsair gear and played very poorly in the few pts i was in with him. As kadaj said he often meleed fafnir as cor/nin with a martial anelace while in SecretPolice. I'm not surprised he would change servers; he didn't seem to have a very good rep on unicorn.
