I used to hang out in Temple U on a friends Thf and pull Bonze Marberry on the rmt there, over, and over, and over. I'd kill them over, and over, and over, they'd afk there for long periods of time, and I'd always leave saying "BRB! GONNA SOLO THAT NM :D" and I'd come back 1min later saying "run away! I'm going to lose". Proceeded to hide, and then it would kill them.

They just kept complaining but never called a GM on me once. (surprised me)

They were shouting for a tele, I invited one. I said "RMT?" and he trade me the gil then instructed me to invite his two friends. They traded me more gil(5k per tele). Then I disbanded party. The problem is, I said "I DONT THINK SO TIM LOL" when I did it. Probably can't make a case for myself that way.

Shouldn't BRP. I remember doing some tele-taxi on midgar before I migrated. I think one night I ripped off 40k from one RMT thf before he got smart and didn't take the invites. said he would call a GM on me, blah blah blah. Nothing happend, so.... most likely an empty threat from them 8)

I laugh when RMT threatens you with GM calls. All the hassle a player has to go through to even get a GM to respond. And in such situations where i've had proof of a direct POL violation... *gasp* nothing happened.

I know someone who arranged to get B. Haidate from RMT in Sky on Bismarck.

When it droped he demanded everyone pass before he traded gil. Then he Dced himseld after he got drop and never paid them.

He got spam flooded w/ RMT tells and it took him about 5 minutes to blist all of them. GMs did nothing to him.

It must feel great to cheat a whole RMT LS for a Haidate.

If you are gonna do something to gilsellers that can result in a ban, don't provide any chat evidence if you can. When I dragged Ancient Goobbue to kill the Goobbue farmers out of frustration, I didn't say anything in LS, tells or chat. Killed them (and I think I accidentally got some skill up party that pulled it). Logged off, made a post on my ls forum for lulz. Came back, nothing happened, gilsellers sent me a tell saying "M P K". I responded innocently with "are you threatening me with MPK?" They left me alone after that. Haven't been reprimanded either by any GMs.

I have a feeling anyone that gets jailed from the GM for mpking gilsellers is most likely bragging about it all over their chat logs.

Yea, back when the fishbot problem was terrible in Batallia I used to mpk them with those poppable tiger nm's. Was awesome to watch those tigers just walk the coast killing everything in sight. But even though the rmt threatened me with GM calls they never called one and I was free to continue mpking them. Though as other have said, don't leave any chat evidence you are doing it in case they do call. I just watched the fun and didnt say anything to anyone, other than telling the occasional legitimate player to watch out and not get aggro.

As far as tele scams, I have done that to gil sellers as well, except I would actually tele them, but I'd send them to the wrong tele point. My favorites are yhoat and vahzl. Then I'd warp and pretend to not understand them if they sent me angry tells.

We once MPK'd and stole Zip in sky from some RMT.

They threatened to call a GM on us and said something like "Your mom has Zipacana on her T-shirt".

It was funny, but nothing came of it. Has RMT ever actually called a GM on anyone? Just seems like an idle threat to me.
