Assault Earring is better imo, not a huge difference though. Not sure why people are asking such trivial things and then going, well I'll just save gil and use the other.

Haidate vs AF2 for Rampage. Haidate = more crits and prolly better Acc for more hits. AF2 will be slighty bigger numbers because of STR and a few more double attacks. Haidate will prolly add up to some higher numbers with the extra crits and Acc.

Keep the INT torque for xp situations or VT and below. Skill for anything that has a decent resist rate (NM's), especially if you don't have elemental merits. I tend to carry af hands and elemental torque on me if theres a chance I will need to go do an event, otherwise int int int for soloing.

Keep both not as if the Philomath stole costs much. Use it on xp mobs before switching to Ugg pendant for the extra few damage(may as well get that little extra) when your mp gets below 50% i.e after your 1st tier4 or AM2 cause the 2nd should bring you below 50% on Elvaan.

I didn't think of prudence rod (I'm no whm), but it's converted DPS considering a 50% double attack, is still way lower than perdu wand, and a bit lower than morgenstern, without counting the attack +15 acc +5 or crit+6% bonuses. I'm not sure how much the increase in TP gain would offset the lower melee DoT or weaker WS, but I certainly don't think it's worth farming the organs for. Here's the DPS if you want to see them:

Kraken (average 4.5 attacks per round): 11.25
Perdu (with latent active): 10.83
Morgenstern (unlocked: 7.74
Prudence rod (assuming 50% double attack): 6.87

Perdu/kraken combo without a doubt puts out the most damage out of those clubs, but the mob TP gain would probably be counter productive in most situations a whm would want to melee I think.

Unicorn aside, if anything reading MNKs argue over fuma vs. dune boots has taught me, it's that 2% haste on the feet slot with a haste setup + haste buffs from mages will result in like in an improvement of 2.5% or more in overall damage. At the same time, +6acc on the feet results in a straight 3% higher accuracy according to that other thread on BG (even with sushi unless you're at 93% or higher acc).... so 6 of one and a half dozen the other. Choose whichever you like.

I stuck with amir boots because while it was easy to get and free for me, dusk feet refuses to drop in price to a range I can afford.

as for haidate vs af2, does any one really parse on it? with same eq setup, same food etc. The reason I'm using haidate for ws now is because i keep my war af2 in npc, which won't ever plan to get it out again >.>
