Triple Attack vs. Double Attack

Need to know in which order does these effects process for a thief of ours (has brutal earring)..

If you are referring which takes priority, I was told that Triple Attack > Double Attack. Don't quote me on it though

Would require hours of pen-and-paper parsing with a signet staff.

THF/WAR with max Triple Attack merits and a Brutal should have a 15% double and triple attack rate, over time the one that takes priority over the other will show more often.

Even if they overlap, I don't see brutal not being the best earring

If TA is applied before DA
100 cycle + 15%TA = +30attack
85 cycle + 5%DA = +4.25attack

If DA is applied before TA
100cycle + 5%DA = +5attack
95 cycles + 15% TA = 28.5attack
