They "re-imagined" batman with Batman Begins (see: Begins). Not seeing any movie with Christian Bale in it is a mistake. He's on the same level as Johnny D. Plus he was that kid in that one movie with John Malkovic, Americans stuck in Japan during WWII or something like that.

This movie just looks money. I'm iffy on Heath playing the best bad guy ever, but he looks ok just needs a crazy ass laugh and he's set.

Interesting note: For this movie they made the helmet ... or mask... a neck piece so he can move his neck a bit. Last movie and most the other batmans had a stiff neck. Just so you know...

P.S. Batman > Superman. My boy Bruce would just make a suit made out of Krptonite to cockblock Superman's overpowered lameness.

Watch Christian Bale in Equillibrium while you're at it. The director's commentary is priceless with little nuggets of trivia; like the guys that get shot in the dark room in the beginning are all the same person in different dress, the director put himself in the movie as an executed rebel, and that Bale used no wires and all of his own stunts.

My favorite movie with Christian Bale, by far, is American Psycho. Pretty freaking awesome movie.

Begins was definitely the best Batman film, although I was slightly put off by how forced Christian Bale sounded at times it's nothing compared to how incredibly fucking lame Batman Forever aswell as Batman & Robin were.

Watch Christian Bale in Equillibrium while you're at it.
