Completed time: 28:20 (time listed on Mithra Pride = 28:29 for XP scroll) however I failed to get scroll (got 2 Chocobo tickets).

I was wearing boots, legs and gloves (+3, +3, +4 I believe). Do you have to beat the 28:29 time WITHOUT the -10 second chocobo riding time gear? I assume that's what the gear is actually doing. If that's the case though, what's the point of the chocobo riding gear.

Anyone run into this before? Is Mithra Pride wrong? Something else?
