Additional effect proc rates

How much do the add effect's go off? Does anyone have any of them leveled high or seen one go off alot? I'm talking about stuff like stun, paralyze, sleep, slow etc. I have one I'm using and it's not working a whole lot, though it is low level. Does level determing proc rate/duration/effect etc or all? I wonder if magic acc affects it too..

I'm wondering what others experience is with this because it seems people mostly just use endamage and you can only have one en- at a time so I don't think many have this type of stuff.

I just fought a taurus with En-drain and it went off on about 1 of 3 hits. For how much I dunno, I filter damage.

I have Paralyze Attack lvl50 and I fought a mob one level higher than me (20 vs my lvl19) and it didn't seem to proc often at all...

Edit: I just remembered it was against a ghost so that is probably why - -;

I've got ensleep at level 50 but haven't fought anything that was a relative challenge since getting it leveled. Went something like 4 fights of monsters about 7 levels below me and it didn't proc once, then one match it worked 3 hits in a row. *shrug*

Saw a fight with I think it was a spider using enpetrify against a slime. It only activated once but it seemed to last for about 4 rounds or so...

okie, finally done registering....

made a cactuar and developed it's paralyzing attack, which is now lv50 (capped)

the effect is iffy at time.
I had the effect land on the opponent 6x in a row, but the opponent wouldn't actually get effected.
then some fights, I had para atk land many times and the effect proc'ed 4x in a row, a total of 9x in a single fight.
also had para atk never proc...

A really variable effect.

Wow that's pretty crappy. I guess it depends on if the mob is weak to the element or not then, more then the actual level.

Had en-bio on a crappy level 7 wyvern against a level 8 malboro, didn't proc once out of like 10 or so hits, I'd figure something as crappy as bio would proc pretty often but apparently not.

I just saw a wivre with enparalyze fight a mimic that was on about an even keel, from what I saw, in terms of level

it proc'd in the beginning and in the time it took the wivre to kill the mimic (it even used that flail thing, which didn't hurt it significantly) the mimic got off about 4-5 hits.
