Starcraft II Beta Leak ???

So i hear rumors in ggclient and IRC, that there is stolen version of the Starcraft II Beta that was avaible at the Games Convention.
All computers were sponsored by Dell and and aparantly the game was still installed when Dell came to take the comps back.
Then, 2 days ago there was a Starcraft II Beta on Torrent.to but it magicly dissapered after being up for 3 hours, it now has seeder 0 leecher 0 but the structure of the files looks similiar to other Blizzard products (.mpq .ax endings).

So has anyone heared anything or knows anything about this case ?

A self proclaimed hacker has claimed to have possession of source code to the recently announced Blizzard title StarCraft II. The hacker shows screen shots of game play that have not been made available by blizzard and an image of a person sitting at what appears to be a home computer running StarCraft II. An alleged installer is also linked.

well there are more sources then Digg that report a beta being leaked...
and as i said there was a torrent ... so yeah Digg post RickRoll'D me but this doesnt mean there is no Beta leak

It is entirely possible it got leaked because ya it was on about 200 computers at BlizzCon. I got to play it and all but it was extremely limited and didn't include zerg. So the "leaked beta" is nothing more than a "demo" that Blizzard had available at BlizzCon, hardly a "beta".

Oh no no, it's not by any means simply a demo as you've interpretted, sorry for misleading. He most likely has the program that was at BlizzCon which was basically multiplayer with full tech trees for Terran and Protoss (no zerg probably too unbalanced still). It also had single player mode but that was a bit more restrained obviously. I would be interested in getting it too but I have a feeling the beta keys given out at BlizzCon will be for the starcraft 2 beta so I'll get one either way.

nearest possible release date would be the christmas sale 08 because blizzard said they wanted to do a long closed Beta phase for starcraft/warcraft pros to guarante balance in the game.
Hopefully something like Warforge will be out by then, like when tft beta started.
