    Elemental staves question.

I'm no mage and this is mostly just because I'm curious, but have any tests been done to show that elemental staves increase the magical accuracy of enfeebles? I ask this because many months ago I was in Ballista and tested out slow potency and it was concluded that Terra Staff didn't effect slow potency and water staff because of the +mnd did. So is it proven that elemental staves increase enfeeble accuracy or are a lot of RDM's running around and enfeebling with a useless weapon (or am I missing something?)

    Re: Elemental staves question.

If you are equating accuracy with resist rates that is totally different to potency.

For land/resist/stick = HQ staff every time.

For pure proc rate/strength (paralyze comes to mind here, no pun), you would absolutely stack MND. If you assume the spell will land from your other gear, then swap in your Mythic Wand instead.

For sleep/silence, static type spells in terms of proc, staff every time no question. Resist is also a factor in duration.

So in summary your choices on say Paralyze would be:

Aquillo's staff: Best odds to land and stick for full duration
Mythic: Best odds of seeing more "the mob is para'd" messages in the log... but trade off is it may resist. Fortunately Para has a short recast. Would not want to try this with Gravity...

Yeah the acc is definitely there. They don't increase debuff potency, but the acc is a certainty.

As far as I know, it's a straight 15% dmg bonus and 15% acc bonus.

edit: the 15% is on HQ, 10% on NQ

acc bonus is 20% on NQ, 29~30% HQ. amazing isn't it?

    but damage bonus still 15%.

for rdm, i'm still prefer wand instead of elemental if got enfeeble skill full merit with full slow2/para2 merits. If it is just very hard to stick on it, usually i'm not really bother to cast at all. since I had to change my equip manually instead of the windower macro with 10 equip slot changing....
