Standardizing phrases?

I haven't been sitting in on any of the IRC discussions or anything, so please forgive me if this topic has already been discussed.

In poking around the BGWiki I've noticed a lack of standardization for certain phrases used in FFXI. "Sub Job" seems to come up a bit. Is it a portmanteau as "subjob", or two words "sub job" or a proper noun "Sub Job"? Does anyone really care?

While the strength of Wiki's is the ability for people to add their own touches to articles and entries, perhaps the BGWiki masters would be willing to create a ruling on the common spelling and proper grammar for a number of FFXI words?

Neologisms like 'linkmate', the aforementioned subjob question, hate vs. enmity, etc.

Probably best to just do a search and see what already exists in that case... I noticed that there is a category for Support Job, with a redirect for Sub Job, so I used Support Job.
