How easy is it to rat in 0.0 space? What's the chances of getting my ass beat by NPCs/getting pwned by PVPers in my cruiser?

PvP'ers. High chance.

NPCs, low chance. Unless you try to take on a Battleship or multiple Battlecruisers.

If you rat in Providence, just put "CVA Friendly" in your Bio and you should be okay except from the occasional raids from enemy corps into the territory. A majority of my corpmates have jump clones out there, so you'll see a lot of 181st Legion people out there.

The whole "account ownership investigation" part gives me a little bit of hope. ^-^ I gave them all my info and they said the address was changed recently on both accounts, asked if I knew how anyone would get my information, etc etc. Gave 'em all the answers, so I'm hoping they're gonna let me reactivate it soon.
