compromised account

my account got hacked and SE is tellin me there is no way to get my items back, because when i got my bomb core back a year ago that was my item recovery. Anyone have any suggestions/comments on the matter? Ive talked to 3 GMs and an IRC.

i really hate to ask this but people have told me that they were hacked and got their things back, were they lying or am i doing something wrong

Lesson learned? I dunno why you're going to QQ about it, you used your item recovery. You knew at the time you requested your bomb core back that was your one and only ticket, and you blew it on what, a 300k item?

well everytime i try to talk to SE about it they redirect me somewhere else.. not quite sure what else i can do or if there is anything else i can do.. any suggestions would be highly appreciated^^

sort've... except the person who hacked me didnt change my password they just went after my items and didnt change my password or take credit card info etc... they didnt drop rare/ex items and didnt touch beastmen seals, KSs, ancient beastcoins, and left items like ammo for my rng, guns, and bows and crafting items... only gear

This was more or less what I was thinking too. Having an account 'hacked' doesn't sound creditable these days.

Either way gl at getting your items back, I think you should just be thankful you somehow made it back with your account.
