My reaction is the same:

Stage 1: Oh fuck, no.. no...wait, what the fuck did he do to his...OH FUCK STOP, followed by cringing and wanting to puke -- yet we move on to stage 2....

Stage 2: Disgust, but utter fascination with what else they could possibly do to themselves keeps me watching.

Stage 3: Place hand on my OWN package and almost feel the need to apologize to him for having watched that and saying "its ok bud, its ok." so he wont have nightmares.

Stage 4: Make other people watch it IRL
