Taj stealing thunder. Though I've heard he took his typical route of admin access -> DB access, a friend and I had been working on our own Valefor mega list for a while. For far too long there'd been obvious botters with no way to substantiate claims against them. Anyways, our method went as follows. 1) Alter in game name with Artmoney 2) Load app, causing it to check for authentication at ffxiapp.com 3) Sniff packets with WireShark (Ethereal) and check for particular responses from the server. Some logs (whose names can be confirmed on Taj's list):
