Just finished Bastok 9-1 and on my way out I noticed this...

New NPC for WotG? cause they implemented a few of em last update.

I believe that NPC and some others (a friend said two for each city) were placed in the last update, to give flavor text for the expansion, kind of like the Lure of the Wildcat NPCs were for ToAU.

There's also a Mithra near the fountain in Windy Woods, and an Elvaan near the Choco stables in South Sandy. Both talk about events during the war, so...
