A friend of mine has had her account looted today, she is not aware of any reason as to why he information has been obtained (360 user).

So she phoned POL support or w.e it is and the account was being emptied whilst on the phone luckily they reset the password and she has since been able to re-access the account, but all of her tradeable items are gone. So maybe an hour has passed and various people are discussing it in ls and all of a sudden someone spots a mule in Rollanbery with many of the items that she has lost, one GM call later and "Theres nothing that we can do"

I don't mean to laugh at your friend, but the idea what her account was getting looted WHILE on the phone with SE, and the fact that she can see her items in rolanberry in someone's bazaar makes me laugh.

It's kind of like talking on the phone with the police and them saying "Yeah, someone is breaking into your house and taking your stuff" instead of doing something about it, then seeing all your stuff in a yardsale down the street the next day.

I think they are trying to contact them now, but the wait time is long.

Trying a GM call to a JP GM to see if they are able to do anything, the character selling the items only has an ffxiah history of 4 days, not that that says much but what it has sold have been "high" value items(sub 1mil).

I guess this one was a bit different as the person on the phone with POL was having their account looted while trying to recover it. Kinda like calling and seeing a robbery in progress lol.

This is going to truly become drama on the fourth page when the husband comes out and admits that he stole the stuff from his wife because she wouldn't have sex with him.

SE has the worst customer service when it comes to cases like this. The things that they could resolve easily but don't do. Are all prime examples of a bad service.

Even if SE could do shit, I think they need something just a little more solid than; "I lost all my gearz & lewtz, that mule is bazaar'ing some stuff that looks liek mine, kan i has it back prz ty"

Well, someone who could verify that they were who they claimed to be was on the phone with them while SE could see the account being looted. If the person on the phone had proven that she was the owner of that character, and said that it was someone else on her account at the moment and she didn't know the guy, SE should have jailed the person, and the person the items were being traded to, and took further actions from there.
