Fist of Legend is awesome. No wire-fu or anything, just good martial arts coreography. Decent story too.

Oh and Iron Monkey is a favorite of mine, but you have to watch it dubbed. The dub is so hilariously bad, but if you watch it subtitled it's actually a decent movie.
