Fan Festival Interview Questions Input

FFXIclopedia will be having an interview with the dev team at the Fan Fest this year. Despite a "conflict of interest" between communities, I'm still going to seek your input for questions we're drafting. After all, issues aside, there is no question that this community had a hand in what the wiki is today, so you deserve input as much as anyone else. Our main focus is going to be on the new expansion, but other non-dead horse beating inquiries(maybe a few exceptions) will be appreciated as well.

Flames or personal attacks against myself, the other admins, or the wiki will be ignored. I didn't want to do this originally, but I felt it would be unfair to ignore any questions you'd have.

TBH, as much as I don't approve of what the wiki team did, I think getting them to answer questions for us isn't crazy. If anything we're using them. I guess if you hate the thought of them getting paid off our hard work then I can see why people don't want to give them the ToD. I think though might as well make use of that interview unless BG can apply for their own interview. It's a bit akin to bashing Alla's interview just because where it was posted.

Here's a pretty good honest question you could ask them :

Ask them if they understand how many people have asked and begged for a new way to EXP. Meaning, more traditional party setups (BLM/WHM/RDM/PLD/SAM/THF) that can get the same EXP as a high tier TP Burn in Aht Urghan. People have been saying it would be nice to have mobs that give more EXP per kill but fights that take longer and allow for things like skillchains. I don't think this would hurt anything TP-Burn wise but it would give those who aren't highly desirable or wish to not TP burn a option of getting good EXP. I would like to know what their thoughts and plans on that are.

Or, better yet, we don't give FFXIclopedia any ideas, and they resort to asking about chocobo racing, while BGWiki asks its own questions and has its own exclusive interview, done by bercus or whoever.

Nobody gives up a chance to get answers due to any grudges, and everybody wins.. except FFXIclopedia.

So save your questions for someone else so they can ask them. Don't give FFXIclopedia all the good ones.
