im excited about the pats v skins this week mainly because i wanna see how those receivers do going across the middle with taylor and landry there. the pats have yet to face a safety duo that can lay the wood like those guys can, and while i doubt randy even thinks about going across the middle, it will be interesting to see what happens if welker or stallworth get lit up.

yea seriously, i was so looking forward to it and it was just a joke. seems like anytime they were in on a play it involved them bringing down a running back or the play ending at their feet because they were playing 20 yards deep. seems like as the season goes on that offense just keeps gaining steam.

Argh it has pissed me off so much how the Bears haven't been able to capitalize on both of their come-from-behind wins this season. Griese plays brilliantly against a much better pass offense in Philly and then in comes Detroit and he sucks completely. Everyone in the fucking world jinxed him when they said "well it looks like the Bears finally have a QB." I stand by Griese and support him because he's one of my favorite players (I like his humble attitude), but c'mon we basically don't have a shot at the playoffs anymore.

The defense, oh god the fucking defense you were one of the top three last season and now you let offenses trample you this season. Well, being a Bears fan for so long I have been accustomed to losing, so I hope they can improve their play for the rest of the season and carry it on in to next season.

As far as the Skins @ Patriots...wow...just wow. I'll continue to stand next to the statement that the only way to defeat the Pats is to limit them defensively while matching them offensively and I'll continue to stand by my statement that the Colts are the only team that can do that. Bob Sanders and Dwight Freeney are going to have their hands full next week.

What do you guys think about MNF? If Denver's defense played like they did against Pittsburgh then I'll think they'll be able to beat the Packers with at least a 10 point margin. You can't count Farve out though but GB still doesn't have a running game.
