Cowbows will get 5 yards on the ground every first down and laugh about it all the way to the blowout as they never even have to worry about that pass rush existing.

The Giants are ranked 11th in defending against the rush, averaging a little over 4 yards per rush. That's counting the first couple games of the season when they were terrible. If the Cowboys try to pound the football via the rush they'd be doing exactly what the Giants want which is to prevent Romo, TO and company from controlling the game.

4 yards per rush = 2nd and 5-6.

The Giants are an utterly and completely different team on 2nd/3rd and short than on passing downs, and the team on passing downs is the one you don't want to see.
