Similarly, you could put your dick in a box, and present it to sead mob. Enmity established.

Isn't it possible for enmity to decrease to zero over the course of a long fight?
I once took part in a Tiamat Spike Flail wipe... except at the end of the fight, she didn't bother to kill me and a couple of bards and melee, just went unclaimed.
Taru male Windurstian here, I love this joke.Originally Posted by Kuya

I made a macro out of it when I saw the joke first time, was pretty funny.
I don't think this is working /heal is just the same thing with sight aggro isn't it ? sight/sound aggro won't put you into enmity list ffs, however mob still attacks you. it's just like mammet cop mission that we do sight aggro kiting.Originally Posted by Lordwafik
No, they aren't the same. /heal actually generates hate.

It's another test to consider some time perhaps; how much hate is generated per seconds spent in /heal.
So Wafik, TH on all mobs by healing next to the wave. So, say I've got my TH3 thf mule out there, just pick him up after each wave is dead and /heal him up by the next group, and so forth? Also, since it is only TH3 atm, if I have hate on all the mobs from /healing, the only way my TH gets overwritten is if a TH4 thf hits em or /heals next to me? If your totally serious, then damn, my alt's coming to every dynamis, hahaha.
Isn't it each time you regen HP/MP from /heal? >_>
Because it acts like curing yourself thus increasing your hate.
/no
if you have ever been a mage and got smacked by the incoming mob being pulled cause you were healing and ion front of tank/before he voked you'd know... 1 millisecoind of /heal = real emnity increase.

However, as has been mentioned, if a puller brings a mob to camp by way of the mages that they only got aggro on, it will hit the mages; so there's some other sort of enmity incurred as well... so it's definitely something to put to tests.
Can we cross reference this into the enmity thread too? lol
I always thought more thfs in things like dynamis gave TH a greater effect, but this is saying as long as a thf with highest TH has some hate on mobs, only 1 thf is really necessary to improve drop rates?(well for TH purposes anyway)
Yes, a single THF is all you need in Dynamis, as long as that THF is capable of getting on the hate list of all the mobs.Originally Posted by Saraphym
what i'd like to know is if you can macro in TH gear AFTER you generate hate. they say TH is applied when the thf first generates hate - can a higher TH be applied from the same THF if they macro in AF2 hands and TK?
You can swap it in at any time.Originally Posted by jerkbox
When the question about TH was asked, it was asked when the Thf was in the party, from what i remember it did not say anything about alliances. From my experiances its the pt that kills a mob that gets th rules applied if they have /thf or th4. I'm pretty sure if a thf aggros a mob, or /heals and gets hate, then another unrealted party kills it that the TH gets added to the unrealted pt's treasure. But i could be off, it could be odd like that.
The epic journey of figuring out th is over guys
let's work on figuring out additional effects now
Went to dynamis as thf/blm today. I was casting "Sleepga" as much as I could. Was Bastok, got over 350+ coins. Biggest benefit of going /blm and generating hate via Sleepga is that only 1 thief is needed now. Other jobs can be used. Lol. I have to admit it was quite fun as /blm. I had 265 ish MP and got ballad, and MP was never an issue. /brd may be more effective, or possibly /blu since they have a SS type ability and some form of AOE.
Blu would be effective since they have very cheap AOE (Battle Dance for one). I think brd would be most efficient if you do thf/brd and use fulltime evasion gear, horde and prey you don't get molested.Originally Posted by vagus
