Spotted a Guttler in the WotG Tour at Fan Fest...

During the WotG tour, I found myself more interested in exploring the landscape (though I did dabble with the new abilities.) In West Sarutabaruta, the location that the OP occupies in the present is the site of a small fortress in the past - I'm sure you've all seen this from the trailers.

At the fortress, there were several Mithran "Python Mercenaries" patrolling the area, as well as one special NPC. This NPC was a Mithran BST wearing full relic armor and with a Guttler (the relic axe) on her hip. Her pet was a Roc. I don't remember her name precisely, but I've seen pictures of the cutscenes where you obtain Guttler and I'm sure that it was the same person.

I guess we'll be able to recruit the old holders of the relic weapons to assist in the war? Maybe meddling time-travelers like us are the reason they're stuck in Dynamis now! >.> Anyway, just tossing that out there.

Yes! That's the one! She was wandering around at the outpost with Guttler on her hip and Roc following her as a pet. I guess she had been recruited to help Windurst? It'll definitely be interesting to see if you can recruit other relic weapon holders.

I'd especially like to see how they react to seeing that you, too, have an Aegis or a Gjallarhorn.

I've actually been wondering lately if the new expansion is gonna offer more ways to get ancient currency. Lately it seems as though SE is trying to find ways to make rare items more available so i wouldn't be in the least bit surprised to see Currency drop in events in WoTG. I fear that this might be what they were referring to when they said "a new lottery system" at fan fest. Let's hope they keep the drops extremely rare. Hope they add the quests for Nyzul Relics in tomorrows update and I hope these wont be a walk in the park to get as well.

That should be all of them - I checked most of the sources I can remember, and put together bits and pieces I knew for the rest (like knowing that Yoichinoyumi's wielder was a Galka, which let me eliminate all the Tarutaru and Mithra-style names). If someone wants to correct a mistake, feel free... but otherwise, that should be an interesting set of NPCs to try to recruit.

Except for Umon-Paumon. Let's all just laugh at him.
