Buffalo vs. Cleveland will be an interesting one. I'm very interested to see how Trent Edwards will handle himself on the road now that he's locked up the starting QB position for the Bills. Also, the Brown's secondary isn't all that great, but their offense is awesome so the Bills secondary could get burnt just as easily.

But now that Marshawn Lynch is back and Freddie Jackson has been doing well also, Buffalo could very well win this game if they come away with the turnover and time of posession factors.

I predict the Skins will fail to win the game by 3-7 points and it'll be because they suck and not the Giants winning.

I don't watch much football but that's currently my impression of the Skins, lol.

I'll probably tune in to see the NE/Jets game a bit, especially if they do go for 70 points XD

LOL, You know it will probably happen right? Everyone half-heartedly jokes about the score being 77-10 and 60 - 3 and shit like that, but what I want to see is the post game handshake if the score does get that high.

You know, Kyle Orton really isn't too bad. He's 10-5 as a starter (although he hasn't played since 2005). The Vikings are hot though and have the best running game in the league and the best run defense in the league. If Minnesota had a better quarterback they'd be a huge threat in the NFC North.

I think it'll be much lower scoring for the Pats and Jets. I'd be surprised if the Pats get over around 30. The forecasts I've been hearing today have the game being played in the middle of a storm that is projected to dump a foot+ of snow. It's also a nor'easter, which is the windiest storm we can get outside of hurricane season every 30 years.

Yes that was his Rookie years I hope he builds on that previous success.

Just wanted to add that the safe money is on Cleveland to beat Buffalo. Buffalo's 7 wins are all against teams with losing records. The only team they've come close to beating with a winning record was Dallas and that was an anomally. Then there was the Denver game to open the season but Denver was 0-0 at that point.

Haha, I realize that there isn't a single person here that gives a shit about the Bills.

The Bills aren't playing terribly and could actually win out the rest of the season. They're pretty much out of the wild card running if Cleveland comes up big but the Bills run game is worth looking at and the rest of their schedule isn't too bad at all.

As the asshat who just brought that up in another thread a short while ago without actually reading the whole thing through, I suggest you read the article a bit more in-depth before laughing - nothing illegal was done there.

Of those 10 wins, his personal play didn't lead to hardly any of the wins, he mostly rode the defense's coat and just managed the game trying to not lose it. The same arguement can be made of Grossman last season, but at least Grossman can throw deep.

I don't know if it was a product of the offensive coordinator or Orton just sucking, but I fail to recall any passes with Orton at the reigns for longer than 30-40 yards. Traditionally the Vikings get rocked in the secondary, and while they're good at run defense this year, I give them a shot at winning because the Bears whole offense, will be Hester, if Childress is stupid enough to kick to him. Bears Peterson is an upgrade from Bustson )Benson) but still not sold on him carrying the team. Vikes' AP is healthy again, and with Chester Taylor breaking out a big game last week, Bears are fucked lol.....and that suits me fine since I'm a Vikings fan.

Theres a reason he's 3rd string on a team with Rex Grossman as their starter. That being said, I did remember liking him back when he started.

yeah definitely going to come down to the weather

if they get lucky and it clears up though I wouldn't be all that surprised really to see them pushing 100... I don't have much doubt they can score 20+ points a quarter on that defense if there's not retarded weather, and it's not like the jets offense is going to keep them off the field

I think people are forgetting that the season that Orton started for the Bears was his rookie season. I honestly don't expect him to play a good game (although I really want him to). He's going to be incredibly rusty since he hasn't thrown the ball once since the preseason. He probably just has some more awareness of the game and is better at reading defenses.
