You're also missing Final Fantasy Gaiden: Seiken Densetsu for GameBoy (released in English as Final Fantasy Adventure).

Final Fantasy I and II have also had mobile phone releases.

Just because it was named Final Fantasy Adventure here doesnt put it in the FF franchise.

It is Seiken Densetsu... Secret of Mana 0.. hence part of the "Mana" franchise.

Nice compilation. Thanks Square, and an even bigger thanks to Hironobu Sakaguchi, who started it all.

Greatest thing about the FFIII DS remake was the inevitable FFIV (just around the corner), V and VI remakes to follow. I'm especially excited for FFV and VI, because I've only played FFV once (PS port), and FF6 is my favorite entry in the series.

I know its a touchy subject to go into, given the nature of flaming it these days, but I'm still holding out for a full PS3 FF7 remake, along the lines of the demo they showed off a while back.

NA PC release was 10/28/03, definitely.

Also, Final Fantasy Adventure wasn't really a Final Fantasy game. While it could be considered a spinoff, it actually started the Mana franchise (Secret of Mana is my second favorite game ever, after FFVI).

They're really remaking VI for DS 3-D style and everything? Wow, that is some exciting news. Although part of me thinks keeping it 2D and updating graphcis for PSP would be nice as well.

Happy BDay FF. When XIII comes out it'll be the reason I buy a PS3.
