Looking to return to ffxi

Hello everyone I am an old ffxi player looking to return to the game. Am just posting to say hi and see how everyones holdays have gone. Ill be joining th Lakshmi<sp?> server when I do return.

Besides the rampant hackings going on, my holidays were fine.

Lakshmi is a perfect place to start playing again on, the community there is pretty tolerable, not to mention its one of the smaller servers so you'll probably know many people just by gear >.>

but yeah are you starting off fresh from level 1 or still have your old account?
Leveling is pretty quick nowadays with ToAU exp areas so you should be able to finish a job rather quickly depending on how much you play; shouldn't have much problem getting back into the swing of things.

No im going to be using an old account. A couple friends have saved my gear on thier mules and such and actually dont play anymore either so im going to see if i can use thier gears as well lol.

What do you mean ill know ppl from thier gear, ive never played on Lakshmi server before lol. I used to be on Carbuncle.. Id rather not stay there tho. So chose a rather smallish community to go to and start making friends with fresh and from what i heard, not many top end game LS' so it will be nice i think.

Lakshmi is definately a good server, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Thanks I just may do that Metah. Its gonna take me a few days to get all my stuff back together tho. Since my friends also quit i have to reactivate all thier accounts and sift threw what i want XD
