You flail four shells, one escapes while the other three fight/die/deal with it, Faf rages maybe, though of course the timer has probably reset at least once here, kills everyone on hate list including you who flailed it and your alliance, fourth shell comes back in after hate reset and bam, they win.

Are you blind as well as thick in the head? You lost claim on Fafnir because your BLM died, every shell in DA spammed it and we (luckily) got claim. There was no attempted MPKing involved on our part. The reason that so many people died whilst we were fighting was because they were all stupid enough to stand directly in front of Fafnir whilst they had alliance hate from the spamming that occurred when it went unclaimed as stated. Rumour has it full-on breath kinda hurts.

so that when linkshells like Kaishin come around, everyone sticks together, making sure that whoever has the NM gets to actually kill it without interference such as MPK.

I'm pretty sure that in this post I explain that if you tried to MPK, there would be atleast 3 other linkshells there to help us. How hard is that to understand? So yeah, you try to cure bomb us, you try to run darters/spiders through, there will be people trying to claim it off of you to stop you and sending us /tells so that we can sleep the NM before you get to it. A slept Faf/Nid can't flail.

No we lost claim on faf because a dumbfuck shadowbinded him and for some reason it went yellow the BLM was in the alliance i was even engaged on faf. and yes Phaze cured + invinci'd me as he did at KB (i d/c'd forgot to turn blockaid back on at faf) I have screenshots I can post if you want me to but it's kinda irrelevent isn't it?
