that's correct, but south sandy [S] is notably missing from the list if that was a typo, as is port bastok [S]. i wonder what they're doing... maybe they're fixing my djinn back?! *crashes back to reality* ; ;

Having Windurst Woods as a typo for Windurst Waters [S] is a pretty large stretch. Also notice that all the WotG areas a lumped together, then ToAU, then Windurst Woods. There is no Port Bastok [S], it's Bastok Markets [S], and none of the WotG towns are listed.

I thought mybe people were happy about it because of AA, but then I thought naw that can't be it people should know they aren't gonna fix it, i'll ask and see why there really happy. Anyway of course I was wrong.

The Al Zhabi > Nashmau ship has been acting up again with insta-rides. Now I know AA pops on the other boat, and I know that the other boat doesn't have the problem, but maybe the fix for the one requires maintenance on the other as well. As for Windurst Woods, isn't there a WotG quest that involves some NPC dialog there? Maybe they're making a fix or adjustment to that.

I think that people are happy because they will be able to get onto the first Nashmau->Al Zahbi boat ride after maintenance.

Normally this isn't possible because the servers come up and the boats start moving before we can even log in. But in the case of this particular maintenance, players can hang out in Nashmau and jump on the boat as soon as maintenance completes.

AA is believed by many to spawn on the boat immediately after maintenance, depop due to lack of claim, and then go into some sort of "broken" mode where it can't properly repop again.
