New Cursed items level caps?

In particular, I'm looking for the level cap on Cursed Sabatons and Cursed Helm (both Smithing). I have a 93+3 Smith right now, and the recipes are not 93 or lower. I have received the recipe for the Cursed Sabatons from the adv. support NPC, which should make it in the 98-100 range I think, but have not seen the helm. I was wondering if anyone who's ~99 or 100 Smithing would be able to check the NPC and tell me what items surround the cursed pieces in the list from him, if they're listed from him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the abjs for them, and a friend who quit playing bought me the ampoule items (rubber cap, rubber soles) with his leftover ampoules, so I figured I'd go ahead and actually uncurse them.
