Dynamis Currency and AF records

So after a record breaking run for my shell at Bastok tonight, I was curious to see what other kind of results other shells from Kujata and/or other servers have had.

Tonight we got 7 100 bynes and 270 1 Byne Bills for a nice final count of 970 Bynes, as well as 9 AF.

iirc the most AF2 we've gotten in a single run was 20 AF and I think it was also at Bastok.

Just curious to see what some other people's "records" are for dynamis currency and AF

- 23 pieces in Sandoria.

- 9 pieces in Xarcabard.


we don't keep track of currencies. and i also don't think we've ever had too far over 40 ppl in a zone.

Our best run was Jueno: 17 AF2 & 3x100.

Xarca runs are oddly painful. RDM hat has gone FFA for us. We got a couple new RDM recruits after that happened and haven't seen a hat since. We went almost a year without seeing any THF gloves in Xarca. The biggest Xarca run we've had was 8x AF2 and 4x 100. Most Xarca are 2-3 af2 for us.

Arguably, northlands AF tends to be better. I've put it this vague since shit is situational (tm) and different people will put different "useless" pieces of AF better to use than other people (see: WHM AFv2 gloves)

If you look at the DORP thread you don't see people QQing when someone gets town AF they're still lacking. Post a pic of getting 2 Duelist's Chapeaus (or most other useful northland AF) in the same run and people will do that.

It's not "people care about that shitty stuff?" but rather "people care about that common-as-hell stuff that's probably on free lot for most shells that did Dynamis for a fair amount of time?".

Actually I do care still. Thats because I go to Dyn and rarely see Nin or Bst gear drop and when it does its the days 3 other Bst or Nin log on for the event. When we were a new Dyn ls we did Windy back to back 5 straight times. An thats only because we failed at beating the last Boss and not 1 Af2 helmet. Since then we cycle back to it. An we clear it pretty fast and then do extra farming and nothing..

You've whooshed on the difference between this thread and the DORP thread. This thread's about comparing the overall trends between shells, which yes, includes city AF. It's not that we think NIN masks are OMGAWESOME, but we are interested in the luck other shells have with drops. If you're not interested in that kinda thing, well, this isn't the thread for you, go whine in the DORP thread or something.
