Reobtainnability of Sea Gorgets/Trading Auras to Meret Again

Is it possible to re-get if you dropped them (Gorgets) or already traded one of the Aura items in for Novia/o, can you trade a new aura and receive them again? Thanks for the help. I tried a few different things on search function, not really much of what I was looking for.

You can definately trade the same Aura again and again and again, as long as you don't have the earring in your inventory anywhere. (since it's rare) Not sure about gorgets but I would assume you can get another one.

Since the Gorget quest isn't flagged to prevent you from repeating with a different color chip, I would assume trading the same chip after dropping the Gorget (for some godawful reason) would just start it over again.
