No, Tachi: Gekko is Sam-only, regardless of skill.

Tachi: Gekko is SAM only Weapon Skill.

But you can choose to merit Great Katana on your NIN so that u can use Tachi: Gekko like 2 levels before.

3 levels early actually. If you have it fully merited, you can get it at 62. I did that. And you have to have NIN at 75 to do so.
