Having some POL issues

Recently my credit card expired and I have been unable to get in to my POL account. I input my password, which was 5 characters, and a message comes up saying I need an 8 character password. How do I get past this?

A few months back SE forced an update that required a minimum password length of 8 characters, and if you didn't meet their requirement, it forced you to change it before logging onto POL.

Have you not logged in since then?

If you've forgotten what you set it to, or you haven't logged on at all in the last 3-5 months, then you'll probably have to call SE.

I have logged on, and I can't remember this update at all. I was playing at the time of it. But I don't at all remember having my password changed.
