Not sure what's wrong, any help would be nice [CONTENT ID Q]

I deactivated my Content ID's today. A main and a mule, and upon further thinking I decided it was a bad idea. I went to go back and reactivate them but they do not appear under "Inactive" content ID's.

Upon further inspection, under "Active" Content ID's, they appear and say cancelled under status.

Why can't I reactivate them? Anyone know?

I am going through this path: Service and Support > Membership > Reactivate Content ID

They don't actually get deactivated until the end of the month. March just started. Try logging into the game.

I can log in now, I didn't mean to imply that I can't. I just wanted to reactivate it now.

I guess I have to wait until I can't log on my characters to reactivate them?

You'll probably have the 2-3 days at the end of the month when they do billing maintenance where you will not be able to access them at all. They should deactivate and you'll be locked out for a couple days.
