Question/comment regarding synth cap of Peiste Mantle.

I was trying to find the synth cap on this mantle. Either i am just lucky, or the posted cap on ffxirecipe.com is wrong. It sticks it around lvl 95. I've made a total of 4 of these total crap mantles, and hq'd 2 of them. Never of which ive had guild support, so if it were 95, it would be a tier 0. That just doesnt sound right to me. Can someone around lvl 93-94 leather do a few for fun to see if they get a skill at all?
Just a random thought, nothing important.. just curious.

I just randomly went through ffxiah.com and only found 4 servers with the listing for them at all. Alexander, Leviathan, Siren (i made that one), and 1 on Garuda i made yesterday... (havent listed at ah yet). I would assume so few purely because the item is a piece of junk and not because of the cap....i think O.o

Step 1: Go to your guild.
Step 2: Talk to the guy that gives you synths sorted by level.
Step 3: Find your synth in the list.

Pretty sure it should be there, this doesn't sound like one of the synths SE would leave out.

it's in veteran stats between cardinal vest and cerberus mantle... but that just doesnt make sense to me. oh well could be one of those things..
