Campaign Rank - What happens after 60 days of no evaluation?

Has anyone tested this? Does anyone know if your rank drops 2 or just drops 1? The first time I didn't get an evaluation for 30 days, I was unable to do a campaign battle until I got an evaluation which forced me to go down a rank. So maybe it's possible the game just keeps track that you didn't have an evaluation for 30+ days and maybe not penalize you for more than 1 rank after that? So anyone know the answer?

I tested this after getting to Bronze Star toward the start of the expansion, then took a couple months off to do stuff.

It's good to know that we can completely ignore WotG campaign battles for 3-4 months and only lose 1 rank.

Then get it right back in the week before the next version update and pray they add Wings and Medals.

As a heads up, an expired medal prevents the user from participating in campaign ops too.
