SE using spy ware or something else?

I'm no internet buff and I always have peer guardian running in the back ground i could'nt log onto FF today and i notice this

Is this normal and i hav'nt noticed before or something new?

Im no expert, but what my brother told me was that sometimes since FFXI Connects to a large independant Server some Anti-Virus/Guard programs will block it.

I dont think its a virus, or Spyware, probably just your system swinging at shadows.

Or i could be wrong, so wait for more replies

Peerguardian by default blocks most unknown ips. I had this issue when I first downloaded it. You'll have to make a list with permanent allows. Those ip addresses are for connecting to SE's playonline servers in jp land.

here are some of the permanent allows I have:

61.195.56.86
61.195.57.130
61.195.57.162
61.195.61.29

and I made these for the whole subnet.

202.67.48.1 to 202.67.48.255
219.117.156.1 to 219.117.156.255

Haven't had a problem since.
If you get blocked in the future just add it to your square-enix list

Just noticed I'm blocking more IPs than you lol
You should look for more lists than the default 4 for added security.
