anyone that's worked at a job that answers the phone, I'm pretty sure, is told to get as much info as they can, about the bomb (type/location/when) and the person(voice-m/f, etc.)

I learned about all this in the navy when they taught us how to answer the phones while on watch or at work. Same thing told to us for when I worked at a telemarketing job. Same protocol even at Walmart (my current job <.>

Only exception is the Middle East, everyone there wants to be bombed so they have an excuse to retaliate !
