Dynamis-Xarc Vanguard Dragons

Anyone happen to know for sure if the Vanguard Dragons in Dyna-Xarc pop before or after you kill the 15 NMs?

Stuck needing just Necropsyche to finish my relic, thinking of going in with a few friends and just sac pulling our way to them for it, but would be a wasted glass if they have the same pop conditions as Ying/Yang.

If anyone has Duo/Trio'd these any suggestions would be appreciated also.

Um, how do you not have one already? They drop like candy and if you're doing a relic you must have done Xarcabard plenty of times. Given the text you see when all the NM are dead, however, and what a necropsyche is, they might not drop or the dragons might not be up unless all NM are dead.

I'm thinking the same with regards to them not being up/dropping, would like to hear if anyone knows for sure either way though.

Went 0/10 on them tonight ... my LS rarely does xarc after we spammed it weekly for the longest time. Getting a shit ton of shadow rings and mantles along the way, they ended up dropping to RDMs or DRGs etc, and ppl were getting bored with it. Cant say i did Xarc once between starting to buy currency and getting the fragment tonight.

Um, just ask another Dynamis shell that's doing Dynamis Lord if you can purchase one from them? As long as you offer more than the 10k it NPCs for, you could probably get it with little effort or gil spent.
